Initial, follow-up and acute consultations include any remedies needed, analysis, and free short check-ins (5 minutes) by phone or email to follow your response to a remedy. Most followups are over the telephone. If needed or desired, clients may see me in person.

Insurance: I will provide account statements which clients may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to investigate all options for insurance reimbursement or use of plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) which allow reimbursement of payment.

Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notification of schedule change must be made at least 24 hours in advance; appointments that are missed or cancelled late will be charged half the fee.

Telehealth: Clients who live outside of the San Francisco Bay area can schedule consultation by telephone, Skype or FaceTime.
